The upcoming Critical Conversations Theology Lab (Dec 8, 7:45p ET) features the president of the Evangelical Covenant Church, Rev. Tammy Swanson-Draheim. Pastor Tammy is the first female president of the ECC.
We’ll explore how P. Tammy’s experiences in leadership and navigating conflict connect to some of the relationships and difficult questions that arise in our own contexts. How does the size of a community impact its ability to deal with challenges, and what can help us maintain relational trust? How do we hold personal beliefs and convictions in diverse communities? What are some of the future challenges in the church around diversity and inclusion?
