Backstage Pass is a series of conversations where we pull back the curtain on the core convictions and insights that shape Highrock’s distinctive approach to following Jesus as a spiritual community. Join Pastor Dave for a candid, interactive conversation with the opportunity to hear his perspective, ask questions, and explore the thinking behind why Highrock does what it does and hear some of the stories that have shaped Highrock along the way. 

This October’s conversation, the first in the series, will focus on the dream and difficulties of diversity in church. Relying on theology, Scripture, and sociology, Pastor Dave will explain Highrock’s distinctive way of “tearing down the dividing walls” (Eph 2:14) that pursues true unity in Christ without requiring uniformity. Of course, this applies to ethnicity, but it’s far more than that, embracing socioeconomic, personality, and political diversity as well.
