 3:30-7 pm Arrive/Move in to cabins 

5:15-6:30 pm Dinner 

7:00 pm Welcome session at the Gym (All) 

8:15 pm Snack in Gym & Free Time (Gym, Dining Hall, Lodge are open for games)

8:30 pm Settle In/Kids to bed/Free Time

Middle School Mixer and Floats (start in A-Frame Chapel) 

High School Mixer and Floats (start in Granite Room of Dining Hall) 

11:00 pm Quiet Hours until 7am

7:45-9 am Breakfast 

9:15 am Morning gathering at the Gym (All) 

10:00 am

Adults - Teaching & Small Groups (A-Frame Chapel) 

Middle School - Teaching & Small Groups & Game (meet outside Gym at big rock)

Children - Early Childhood and Elementary programming by age groups (Gym, Field) Students and children should wear closed-toed shoes, no flip-flops or Crocs 

12:15-1:30 pm Lunch 

1:15 pm Family Time - in your cabin (devotional materials in welcome folder)

2-5 pm Free Time - Enjoy Berea and its activities 

4-5 pm Berea Outfitters (bookstore/gift shop) is open 

5:15 pm High School & College Student Gathering (A-Frame Chapel) 

5:15-6:30 pm Dinner 

7-8 pm Family Fun Events: 

Saturday: Family Game (Gym) followed by Campfire and S’mores (Ampitheater)

Sunday: Family Field Games (Field) OR Family Crafts (Granite Room of Dining Hall)

8:00 pm Free Time (Gym, Dining Hall, Lodge are open for games) 

8:30-9:30 pm Snack Bar is open (Dining Hall) 

8:30-9:30 pm Sunday only: Brotein for All (Beach) 

9:00 pm Student After Dark Games: 

Saturday: 9:15-10:15 Middle School Game - meet at Gym 

Saturday: 10:15pm High School and Up Game - meet at Gym 

Sunday: 9:30-10:30 Basketball Tournament and Games - Gym (All teens)
