Rooted & Rising: A One-Day Women's Retreat

In the midst of busy, full lives, it’s easy to feel disconnected—from God, from ourselves, and from what’s actually sustaining us. Rooted & Rising is a one-day retreat designed to create space to slow down, reconnect, and move forward with renewed clarity and joy.

Rooted invites you into reflection, prayer, and hands-on practices that help you remember what grounds you – your identity in God as steady, known, and deeply loved.

Rising builds from that foundation with a lighter, celebratory tone – creating space for laughter, movement, and the freedom to step forward with confidence and purpose.

Together, this day holds the full journey: grounded in what’s true, growing in strength, and stepping into what’s next.

We’re excited to be joined by Kat Hampson, pastor of Riverwalk Church (Brookline, MA), whose heart for seeing people come alive in Christ shapes everything she does. Drawing from her experience in campus ministry, worship leadership, and pastoring in diverse communities, Kat brings a unique voice shaped by faith, formation, and life across cultures.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Childcare is available from 9am – 12pm for those who need it.
