Highrock MetroWest Student Ministry Bake Sale

Highrock MetroWest’s Student Ministry is holding a fundraiser bake sale for Justice Health Initiative (JHI) on Sunday, 12/21 during SoulFood. Many of you know that Leo Ikoribitangaza, the son of Alex Gitunago, is a member of our student ministry and was rescued by Alex in Burundi. JHI emerged from that experience. The MetroWest Student Ministry dreamed up this fundraiser to support the efforts to help others like their friend, Leo.

There are 2 ways to help! Please donate (nut-free) baked or store-bought goods on Saturday, 12/20 and indicate your contributions here: Bake Sale Sign-up. Or, shop the bake sale for neighbors, teachers, and couriers’ holiday gifts on Sunday, 12/21 during SoulFood. Our youth group elves* promise gift-worthy wrapping to dazzle your giftees! (Oh, and watch for the special cake auction during the bake sale).

*All HRMW high schoolers are invited to a pizza and packaging party on Saturday, 12/20, 6pm-7:30pm at 179 Winding River Rd. in Wellesley. Please email jennykim7@gmail.com with any questions.
