As a poet and thoughtful reader of Scripture, we’ll hear from Drew about how poetry can be a tool for both interpreting the Bible and, in turn, for returning to sacred text with a new set of insights. How does poetry open up the world of Scripture to us, and help us see and experience God in new ways? Drew’s work opens up ways of engaging the Bible that invite us to bring more of who we are to Scripture, to God, and to the community of faith.

Come be a part of a set of conversations on learning a more nuanced, wholistic understanding of what it means to read the Bible well. After each interview, stay on the Zoom call for a casual conversation (either as a small group or in facilitated breakout groups) on the topic of that session.
