Women's Community Retreat (hosted by Pilgrim Pines)

Are you busy, tired, lonely, or just in need of a weekend away? Join women from Highrock and other New England Covenant churches for a retreat at Pilgrim Pines! Women from Highrock will be housed together and Pastor Kim Roberts will provide opportunities for additional connection in addition to the retreat’s regular programming.

WEEKEND SPEAKER

Our speaker is Kim Wright who was born in New York City and continues to live and serve there. As one of eight siblings and raised by her grandmother under strenuous circumstances, she values people, hard work, good character, and a strong faith in God.

Ordained in 1996 after earning her Masters of Education and Masters of Divinity at New York Theological Seminary, she served as a youth pastor and then was elected as the Senior Pastor of the Church of the Resurrection (Harlem), a congregation she’s led for 18 years.

RETREAT RUNDOWN

Check-in begins at 4pm on Friday with a dinner and a session later that evening. Saturday will include three great meals, two sessions, and fun activities! The weekend will conclude with breakfast and a session on Sunday morning.
